How We Collect and Use Personal Data
The following table describes the personal data we collect and how we use that data when you visit our Corporate, Promo or Client Sites, interact with us on social media, or participate in our sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (“Promotions”).
You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such emails, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may withdraw your consent at any time for any processing of your personal data we do based on consent you have provided to us by emailing email@example.com (please indicate the name of the Site).
We enable you to create a profile on our Promo and Client Site, and to share information such as messages, photos, screen shots and videos with others. Please note that we cannot control the actions of others with whom you may choose to share your pages and information.
How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties
We may share personal data with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of iGames when we have your consent (as applicable).
When you register on a Client Site, and engage with Promotions on a Client site, that iGames client is a joint controller of your personal data. The iGames client may use your personal data in accordance with its privacy policies, which will be identified by web URL in the privacy section of the Client Site.
Co-Branded Services and Third-Party Events
When you use co-branded services, you are giving us permission to disclose your personal data, in the context of our co-branding and marketing relationship, back to our co-branding partner. Their use of your data is subject to their own privacy policies. We may provide services jointly with other companies on the Site. You can tell when another company is involved in a service provided on the Site, and we may share customer data with that company in connection with your use of that service.
If you participate in an event managed and administered by a third-party organizer, your personal information will be provided to such organizer in order to operate the event and publicly report the results. If you do not want your personal information provided to an organizer, please do not participate in such third-party events.
Service Providers and Data Processors
We may provide your personal data to vendors and service providers that provide services to help us with our business activities, such as an email service provider, customer service or event management providers, and cloud storage providers.
iGames contractually prohibits such vendors and service providers from using personal data for any reason other than to provide the contracted-for services.
We may share personal data with actual or prospective investors or acquirers, their representatives, and other relevant participants in, or during negotiations of, any investment, sale, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or change in control involving all or a portion of iGames business or assets, including in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website at www.igamesinc.com, of any change in ownership or uses of your personal data, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal data.
We may also disclose your personal data:
In response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
As required by law such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
As is true of most websites, we gather certain data automatically and store it in log files. This data may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other data we collect about you. We do this to improve the services we offer you, for analytics and site functionality.
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts are used by us, marketing partners, web service providers and affiliates. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting
We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather data about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. Social Media Features
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 13 (or the relevant age as determined by applicable law in your jurisdiction) or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13 or the relevant age in your jurisdiction, please do not attempt to register on the Site or send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 13 or the relevant age in the jurisdiction, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any data about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
The security of your personal data is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials), we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Correcting and Updating Your Personal Data
Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal data that we hold about you. To review, delete and update your personal data to ensure it is accurate, contact us at email@example.com.
We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will respond to your request within 30 business days.
European Privacy Rights
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to exercise certain privacy rights available to you under applicable laws. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes or to complete transactions that you began prior to requesting any deletion.
Right not to provide consent or to withdraw consent. We may rely on your consent in order to process certain personal data. Where we do so, you have the right not to provide your consent or to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Please identify yourself and specify your request. We may ask you to provide additional verification information. What we request will depend on the nature of your request, how sensitive the information is, and how harmful unauthorized disclosure or deletion would be.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your personal data as required, but we do retain records necessary to comply with a governmental authority or applicable federal, state, or local law. Where legally permitted, we may decline to process requests, including requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, or jeopardize the privacy of others.
We comply with the U.S. – E.U. Privacy Shield framework and the U.S. - Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal
data from European Union member countries and Switzerland. We have certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. For purposes of this Section, unless a different definition is noted, “Personal Information” has the definition given in the CCPA.

How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit requests to exercise your California privacy rights to information, access, and deletion by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These rights are not absolute, and in some instances, we may decline your request as permitted by law. We will need to verify your identity to process your information, access, and deletion requests, and we reserve the right to confirm your California residency.
Your authorized agent may make a request on your behalf upon our verification of the agent’s identity and our receipt of a copy of the valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4000-4465. If you have not provided your agent with such a power of attorney, you must provide your agent with written and signed permission to exercise your CCPA rights on your behalf, provide the information we request to verify your identity and provide us with written confirmation that you have given the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
